Excellent hotel, everything is nearby. Team are tremendous friendly and useful and speak excellent English. There are actually activities just about every night and it´s a fantastic way to socializing with persons. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed daily. Only problem was beds are a little bit squeaky but that’s quite minor. Great value for the price!

Quite good and perfectly clean place. The location is excellent, exactly what we wanted. Beds were being extremely cozy. There wasn’t a lot about the social environment nevertheless it is great for an entire night relaxation. I appreciated my days here enormously and will most likely reserve yet again for my following visit to Karlstad.
